Grilled asparagus on a risotto packed with green beans, edamame, peas, spring onions, courgette, spinach and fresh mint.
SPAGHETTI POMODORO (V)
A classic with spaghetti pasta, tomato sauce, pesto, charred baby tomatoes and fresh basil.
Corkscrew pasta with luganega sausage, black olives and roasted red onions in a rich tomato sauce.
Creamy vanilla pannacotta topped with raspberries and served with a berry coulis.
